Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment
Contribute a minimum of USD 100,000 to the National Development Fund, or invest at least USD 200,000 into a sanctioned real estate project.
National Development Fund
A non-refundable contribution of USD 100,000 to the NDF (USD 230,000 for a family of up to four, plus due diligence and processing fees).
Approved real estate
A minimum investment of USD 200,000 into an approved real estate development.
University of the West Indies fund
A donation of USD 150,000 supporting the University of the West Indies, designed for larger families.

Due diligence and government processing fees are paid upon submission of the complete file.
